Conduct audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, industrial hygiene monitoring, and compliance activities. Develop safety training, manage chemical and hazardous materials programs, support emergency preparedness, coach employees and leaders, maintain permits and records, analyze safety trends, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. Mentor junior EHS professionals and support workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.

Leads OEM sales strategy, revenue growth, strategic account management, contract negotiations, pricing, forecasting, and profitability initiatives. Builds customer relationships, develops new business, coordinates cross-functional execution, manages escalations, analyzes market and sales data, and leads quarterly business reviews. Mentors sales professionals, represents the company at industry events, and travels regularly to customer sites and company facilities.

Support sales operations by preparing quotes, tracking orders and warranties, coordinating communication across teams, maintaining CRM/ERP records, managing demo fleet, assisting with presentations and analytics, and supporting onboarding of dealers and customers for lead-acid and lithium-ion product lines.

Support and optimize lithium‑ion battery manufacturing by analyzing workflows, conducting time studies and line balancing, monitoring OEE and cycle time, improving laser welding and robotic welding processes, supporting KUKA robotic cells, maintaining SOPs and BOMs in SAP, leading Lean initiatives, and collaborating cross‑functionally to improve safety, quality, productivity, and production ramp readiness.
