Optimize lithium‑ion battery assembly processes, perform time studies and line balancing, support laser welding and KUKA robotic systems, maintain SOPs/BOMs in SAP, lead Lean continuous improvement, and collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to improve throughput, quality, and safety.

Manage daily office operations, visitor experience, facilities coordination, vendor relations, event and executive support, travel booking, onboarding, and office procedures to ensure a professional, efficient workplace.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable for U.S. operations: resolve invoice discrepancies, execute weekly payments, reconcile AP subledger to GL, support month-end close and audits, liaise with vendors and shared services, and drive process improvements in SAP/ERP.

Design, install, commission, and optimize mechanical production equipment and facility layouts. Lead FAT/SAT testing, develop BOMs and SAP logic, manage contractors, perform maintenance and reliability analyses (FMEA, RCM, TPM), and train junior engineers while using CAD, CMMS, and data tools to improve production flow and efficiency.
