Supports material availability, production planning, MRP and ERP data maintenance, expediting, supplier coordination, performance monitoring, inventory and supply analysis, KPI reporting, and cross-functional resolution of material risks affecting battery production.

Lead environmental, health, and safety programs at a lead-acid battery manufacturing facility. Conduct audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, industrial hygiene monitoring, and compliance activities. Develop safety training, manage chemical and hazardous materials programs, support emergency preparedness, coach employees and leaders, maintain permits and records, analyze safety trends, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. Mentor junior EHS professionals and support workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.

Leads OEM sales strategy, revenue growth, strategic account management, contract negotiations, pricing, forecasting, and profitability initiatives. Builds customer relationships, develops new business, coordinates cross-functional execution, manages escalations, analyzes market and sales data, and leads quarterly business reviews. Mentors sales professionals, represents the company at industry events, and travels regularly to customer sites and company facilities.
