Maintains daily and weekly production schedules based on demand, materials, capacity, and operational priorities. Monitors schedule attainment, production output, backlog, capacity utilization, and delivery performance. Analyzes data from SAP and other systems, develops reports, supports production order sequencing, resolves scheduling data issues, and coordinates adjustments with Planning, Production, Materials, Customer Service, and Operations. This developmental role supports production planning, ERP improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads Sunlight Batteries USA’s national sales organization and develops strategies to increase revenue, profitability, market share, customer acquisition, and retention. Responsibilities include sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, strategic partnerships, complex negotiations, key account leadership, team development, market analysis, and executive reporting. The role collaborates cross-functionally and represents the company with customers, distributors, OEMs, partners, and industry stakeholders.
