Support sales operations by preparing quotes, tracking orders and warranties, coordinating communication across teams, maintaining CRM/ERP records, managing demo fleet, assisting with presentations and analytics, and supporting onboarding of dealers and customers for lead-acid and lithium-ion product lines.

Support and optimize lithium‑ion battery manufacturing by analyzing workflows, conducting time studies and line balancing, monitoring OEE and cycle time, improving laser welding and robotic welding processes, supporting KUKA robotic cells, maintaining SOPs and BOMs in SAP, leading Lean initiatives, and collaborating cross‑functionally to improve safety, quality, productivity, and production ramp readiness.

Serve as lead US legal advisor supporting manufacturing and commercial operations: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise on employment, regulatory, EHS, compliance, and disputes; manage outside counsel; build compliance programs and align with global legal leadership.
