Executive leader responsible for enterprise operations, strategy execution, and organizational performance at SunCoast Blood Centers. Oversees IT, marketing, donor outreach, facilities, contact center, and other operational functions; leads technology strategy, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, financial stewardship, talent development, process improvement, and external partnerships to support mission, growth, and operational excellence.

Manage a portfolio of donor-group accounts to plan, execute, and optimize mobile blood drives (100+ events/year). Build and maintain relationships, analyze performance data, coach volunteers, represent the organization in the community, and ensure compliance with FDA/AABB/OSHA/HIPAA and organizational policies.

Engage and recruit volunteer blood donors at mobile blood drives, distribute promotional materials, coordinate with teams, meet recruitment targets, assist registration, maintain safety and organization, and attend trainings.

Support donor intake, screening, phlebotomy assistance, donor monitoring, scheduling and outreach, mobile unit setup/operation, inventory and site maintenance, and compliance with FDA/AABB/HIPAA policies.

Greet and register donors, screen medical history for donor suitability, perform phlebotomy and automated collections, operate collection equipment, provide post-donation care, assist recruitment for procedures, ensure proper storage/transport of blood products, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support mobile and fixed-site operations.

Executive leader responsible for brand strategy, marketing, community engagement, strategic partnerships, fundraising, grants, and sponsorships. Builds public trust, expands philanthropic support, directs integrated campaigns, and collaborates across departments to drive sustainable blood collections and long-term organizational growth.

Lead fundraising and grant development efforts: identify and pursue public and private funding, write proposals and budgets, manage grant compliance and reporting, cultivate donor and funding partnerships, coordinate community campaigns and gifts-in-kind, and collaborate with internal teams to support organizational sustainability and emergency preparedness.
