Supervise and lead product manufacturing staff to ensure cGMP-compliant blood component production, quality control, documentation, training, audits, validations, inventory control, and coordination with QA and labs. Manage schedules, competency plans, investigations, and process improvements to maintain regulatory and operational readiness.

Executive leader responsible for enterprise operations, strategy execution, and organizational performance at SunCoast Blood Centers. Oversees IT, marketing, donor outreach, facilities, contact center, and other operational functions; leads technology strategy, regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, financial stewardship, talent development, process improvement, and external partnerships to support mission, growth, and operational excellence.

Manage a portfolio of donor-group accounts to plan, execute, and optimize mobile blood drives (100+ events/year). Build and maintain relationships, analyze performance data, coach volunteers, represent the organization in the community, and ensure compliance with FDA/AABB/OSHA/HIPAA and organizational policies.
