Duties include cash handling and POS operation, opening/closing duties, stocking, cleanliness, greeting and engaging guests, coordinating with kitchen and supervisors, flexible shifts, and adherence to appearance and safety standards. Serving It Right certification required for bartending/serving; midmountain roles may require skiing/snowboarding ability and equipment.

Support planning, coordinating, and executing mountain events at Sun Peaks Resort. Duties include event setup/teardown, logistics, health and safety compliance, volunteer recruitment and scheduling, supply inventory and maintenance, and liaison work with internal departments and third-party partners.

Provide personalized ski boot assessments, recommend and custom-fit boots, insoles and alterations, perform boot modifications, sell and outfit rental equipment, train staff, and deliver exceptional guest service while following resort health, safety, and company policies.

Drive wedding and social event sales for the resort by developing and executing sales strategies, soliciting and negotiating group bookings, managing vendor relationships, supporting on-site events, maintaining databases, and collaborating with the sales team to meet revenue and marketing objectives.

Seasonal outdoor role removing snow and ice across the resort using shovels and snowblowers, spreading salt/sand, operating snow equipment and vehicles, reporting hazards, documenting completed work, and maintaining safe, guest-facing walkways and entrances.

Lead and supervise snowmaking crew, operate and maintain a 40-machine snowmaking fleet, perform inspections and maintenance, follow WorkSafeBC and resort safety procedures, operate snowmobiles, work shifts in all weather, and support grooming after the snowmaking season.

Operate and maintain snowmaking machinery, perform pre-start inspections and walk-around checks, follow safety and operating procedures, work alone or in teams in all weather, handle loads up to 35 kg, work shifts/odd hours with overtime, and potentially transition to grooming after snowmaking season.

Lead strategic planning and portfolio development for hotel, residences, employee housing and third-party property management. Drive guest experience strategy, capital planning, financial performance, cross-functional initiatives, team development, and stakeholder partnerships to support organizational growth and operational excellence. On-site role at resort location.

Seasonal front-of-house Food & Beverage staff provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced resort environment. Roles include greeting guests, taking orders, making menu suggestions, ensuring customer satisfaction, performing quality checks, and supporting team operations. Must attend training, work flexible shifts, and handle moderate physical tasks.

Supervise daily reservations operations, handle reservation calls, train and monitor agents, enforce standard operating guidelines, champion group and tour bookings, and ensure exceptional guest service and call quality.

Supervise daily lift operations, ensure safe operation and compliance with passenger ropeway (Z-98) and BC safety regulations, hire and train seasonal staff, manage safety inspections, incident reporting, inventory, and guest-facing duties at a mountain resort.

Supervise and operate chairlifts and conveyors, ensure safe loading/unloading and signage, perform quality checks, direct staff in assigned zones, and maintain high guest service and appearance standards at a ski resort.

Operate the Sports School sales desk and supporting Guest Services locations handling in-person, phone, and email enquiries. Process lesson and ticket sales, fulfill orders, manage transactions and reports, upsell resort products, and provide accurate resort information while following company policies and ensuring security and excellent guest service.

Lead and manage the resort Snow Safety Program: monitor weather and snowpack, create daily hazard forecasts, plan and supervise avalanche control and training, conduct search and rescue, maintain closures/signage, and coordinate with external emergency agencies.

Ski/snowboard patrollers ensure guest safety on the mountain by performing morning setup, daily run checks, first aid and accident response, toboggan transports, end-of-day sweeps, snowmobile operation, avalanche control assistance, hazard marking, and other rescue and guest-service duties. Role requires outdoor work in winter conditions and physical fitness.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and seasonal roles: develop sourcing strategies, maintain ATS, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate hiring and offers, report on recruitment metrics, and support employer branding and immigration/LMIA processes.
