Supervise daily reservations operations, handle reservation calls, train and monitor agents, implement and uphold Standard Operating Guidelines, champion group and tour bookings, and ensure exceptional guest service through quality standards and systems proficiency.

Lead and support the sales and conference services teams to drive revenue, develop strategic sales plans, manage event execution and SOPs, maintain client relationships, and oversee team performance. Acts as deputy to Director of Sales, conducts meetings, coordinates with F&B and operations, and ensures timely follow-up on leads and events.

Provide full-cycle accounting for 30+ entities, prepare financial statements and tax filings, perform financial analysis and proformas for real estate projects, develop revenue management and pricing strategies, support capital investment decisions and cash flow scenario planning, build KPIs and BI reporting, improve processes, and support reporting to ownership and special projects.

Supervise and operate the resort sports school including hiring, scheduling, staff coordination, injury management, database administration, and guest satisfaction. Ensure high safety standards, teach or oversee lessons, manage seasonal staffing forecasts, and support administrative and JHSC activities. Work onsite in all winter conditions and maintain certification-level responsibilities.

Lead strategic planning and portfolio development for hotel, residences, employee housing and third-party property management. Drive guest experience strategy, capital planning, financial performance, cross-functional initiatives, team development, and stakeholder partnerships to support organizational growth and operational excellence. On-site role at resort location.

Seasonal front-of-house Food & Beverage roles (servers, hosts, bartenders, baristas, attendants) providing friendly, fast-paced guest service, menu knowledge, quality checks, teamwork, and attending required training. Must handle physical tasks and flexible shift hours to support department operations and promotions.

Process accounts payable, reconcile vendor statements and direct debit withdrawals, prepare weekly vendor payment runs, maintain vendor files and contracts, and support monthly payment clearing and financial reporting.
