Supervise daily reservations operations, handle reservation calls, train and monitor agents, implement and uphold Standard Operating Guidelines, champion group and tour bookings, and ensure exceptional guest service through quality standards and systems proficiency.

Lead and support the sales and conference services teams to drive revenue, develop strategic sales plans, manage event execution and SOPs, maintain client relationships, and oversee team performance. Acts as deputy to Director of Sales, conducts meetings, coordinates with F&B and operations, and ensures timely follow-up on leads and events.

Provide full-cycle accounting for 30+ entities, prepare financial statements and tax filings, perform financial analysis and proformas for real estate projects, develop revenue management and pricing strategies, support capital investment decisions and cash flow scenario planning, build KPIs and BI reporting, improve processes, and support reporting to ownership and special projects.
