Ensures compliance with policies, privacy laws, documentation standards, and patient-care requirements while escalating critical incidents to nursing leadership.

Develops and implements facility business development and market plans through market research, market analysis, financial feasibility studies, and program planning. Monitors plan effectiveness, collaborates with hospital departments, and represents the facility with business leaders, physicians, media, patients, families, and the community. Supports continuous quality improvement, safety, teamwork, confidentiality, compliance, and service excellence.
