Lead and supervise nursing staff to deliver safe, therapeutic patient care in a hospital behavioral-health setting. Conduct admissions and shift assessments, medication reconciliation and administration (including psychotropics), use CPOE/EMR and wristband scanning, coordinate treatment plans, manage staffing and training, participate in CQI and safety initiatives, perform performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with seclusion/restraint and documentation protocols.

Provide clinical oversight and supervision for evening/night and weekend nursing shifts. Perform RN duties, lead and train nursing staff, manage staffing and bed flow, conduct rounds, handle incidents, support safety and quality initiatives, and assist CNO with performance management and governance activities.
