Leads technical delivery and growth across Tech Art, UI/UX, and Engineering services. Provides technical direction on Unreal Engine projects, builds tools and pipelines, supports artists and engineers, scopes client work, contributes to pitches, manages technical risks, establishes standards, mentors teams, supports hiring, and represents the studio through client engagement and industry thought leadership.

Owns product strategy and prioritization across multiple game projects. The role generates market and player insights, applies AI tools to develop concepts and wireframes, analyzes game performance data, manages backlogs, pitches recommendations, and coordinates internal and external stakeholders from prototype through sunset.

Sets the studio’s engineering vision, technical strategy, coding standards, and development practices across multiple game projects. Oversees engineering delivery, project scoping, technical risk, quality, and client-facing technical discussions. Leads and develops the code team, including Lead Programmers, while driving recruitment, mentoring, performance management, and responsible AI adoption. Provides senior technical escalation support and occasional hands-on engineering guidance.
