Outside B2B sales role responsible for prospecting, developing a territory, managing customer relationships, and selling Quadient mail automation equipment, software, and services. Duties include cold outreach, networking, presentations, product demonstrations, CRM management, full-cycle sales, negotiations, and collaboration with service teams to support retention. Compensation includes base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses.

Provide Tier II support for MSP clients: troubleshoot escalated workstation, network, and server issues; maintain Windows Server/AD/GPO environments; configure firewalls, switches, wireless, and VPNs; deploy and image workstations; document work in the PSA system; assist with onboarding, projects, and mentor Tier I technicians.

Drive new B2B business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales of managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, print, and workflow solutions. Manage full sales cycle, build executive relationships, collaborate with engineers to design solutions, maintain CRM pipeline, and meet monthly and quarterly targets while traveling within an assigned territory.
