Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions (paid monthly) + Potential Performance Bonuses

  • *First Year earnings typically range from $60,000 - $95,000+, depending on individual performance. Income potential grows significantly as you build your client base and reoccuring revenue. Top performers control their earnings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive New Business – Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with businesses across the Des Moines metro area.
  • Sell Canon MFP Solutions – Present, demonstrate, and sell Canon multifunction printers and related document solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Consultative Sales Approach – Understand customer workflows, identify pain points, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle – From cold call to close, manage every step to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Team – Work closely with sales support, service, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets – Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience (office technology, print solutions, or related industry preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Drive: Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales.
