Manage end-to-end coordination of Summit 3.0 pilots: plan roadmaps, scope and design pilots with school leaders, serve as day-to-day project manager, track implementation and data, produce learning memos, support focal school redesign, and improve pilot systems and playbooks.

Lead instructional coaching and faculty development, run California induction for beginning teachers, implement restorative discipline and student culture systems, monitor data and progress for turnaround goals, design professional development, intervene for students who fall behind, and co-lead schoolwide turnaround initiatives to improve academic outcomes and climate.

Lead a multi-year, site-based school redesign partnering with school leaders and Marshall Innovation. Diagnose challenges, run community co-design and pilots (including AI tools), measure outcomes, build staff capacity, and translate site learnings for network-wide scaling and sustainability.

Manage school-wide projects, events, and daily operational systems; support main office functions, vendor relationships, and onboarding; drive student recruitment, enrollment, and family/community engagement; maintain data and knowledge systems (PowerSchool, Metabase); coordinate with Finance, Technology, and other teams; provide occasional supervision and event chaperoning; draft family-facing communications and support continuous school improvement.

Manage and grow the school's athletics program: set strategic direction, supervise administration and budgets, recruit and manage coaches, schedule events, ensure eligibility and regulatory compliance, oversee equipment/uniforms and first aid/CPR, liaise with parents and league bodies, and partner with school leaders to align athletics with academic priorities and access for all students.

Provide regional special education expertise, coach and train teachers and site administrators, ensure IEP/IDEA compliance, manage complex case work and placements, develop behavior programs, run data systems for monitoring and program improvement, coordinate professional development, and support hiring and recruitment for diverse learner services.

Lead development and implementation of a unified 7-12 school culture through restorative practices, anti-bias initiatives, data-driven progress monitoring, faculty coaching, student accountability systems, and family partnership. Build relationships, run school rituals, track discipline data, and support escalated cases to promote belonging and academic rigor.

Lead targeted, cross-functional school initiatives to improve student outcomes and school systems. Manage projects, support instructional improvement (coaching, PD, data analysis), collaborate across academic and operational teams, engage families and staff, report progress, and cover leadership duties as needed including evening and weekend events.

Coach and mentor up to 20 early-career teachers through regular in-person and video observations, feedback, and progress monitoring. Facilitate credentialing coursework for interns, collaborate with school leaders, participate in program improvement, and support alignment with California CTC standards and Summit instructional priorities.
