Partner with leasing teams, marketing leadership, property teams, and vendors to improve occupancy, revenue, and marketing strategy.

Manages multifamily communities and core property operations, including staffing, leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, rent collection, vendor relations, recruiting, training, and team development. Monitors rental rates and expenses, addresses resident concerns, oversees move-in readiness, maintains community appearance, schedules onsite employees, and ensures compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company procedures.
