Manages multifamily communities and on-site business operations, including staffing, leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, collections, vendor relations, recruiting, training, and team development. Oversees rental rates, apartment readiness, resident move-ins, Fair Housing compliance, schedules, expenses, and timely payment collection while maintaining community standards.

Manage the full accounts payable cycle across multiple entities, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, reconciliations, accruals, expense reports, vendor records, 1099 reporting, and audit support. Develop controls and process improvements, provide AP metrics and cash flow support to the CFO, resolve discrepancies with property and regional teams, and supervise, train, and mentor AP staff while ensuring GAAP and regulatory compliance.
