Prepare survey drawings, plats, topographic maps, as-builts, surfaces, and points using Civil 3D, Deed Reader Pro, AutoCAD and GIS. Research deeds, easements, rights-of-way, determine buffers/setbacks, and create paperspace layouts while collaborating with team members.

Oversee contractor performance on roadway maintenance and construction, ensure contract compliance and work zone safety, prepare and review documentation and daily reports, assist in emergency response and storm/snow cleanup, provide on-site guidance, training, and communicate with contractors and public stakeholders.

Design and lead traffic signal, ITS, and broadband fiber projects for NCDOT and municipal streets. Perform field investigations, construction inspections, equipment inventories, client and agency collaboration, public meeting participation, project management, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.

Lead design projects from pre-design through construction, produce contract documents, manage budgets and schedules, provide construction administration, coordinate clients/consultants/contractors, manage multiple and hybrid project teams, assist with bidding/proposals, and serve as Architect of Record.

Design and analyze land development and roadway components using Civil 3D. Prepare calculations, permit submittals, grading and drainage plans, and construction administration deliverables. Coordinate with agencies and clients, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, support project quality control, and supervise site-related construction administration activities.

Lead and produce contract documents, manage projects from pre-design through construction administration, oversee budgets and schedules, coordinate teams and stakeholders, serve as Architect of Record, and support bidding and client contracts.

Support marketing and business development by preparing proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and presentations; design marketing collateral and proposal visuals; write and edit content; maintain brand standards, marketing databases, and support events and social/website updates.
