Design and analyze land development components (roadways, drainage, sanitary, grading) using Civil 3D. Prepare calculations, reports, permits, and plan sets; coordinate with agencies; perform construction administration, site visits, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews. Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, quality control, client interfaces, and team performance under project manager supervision.

Provide long-range and comprehensive planning services for local governments, including mapping, demographic and scenario analysis, public meeting facilitation, document and design production, feasibility and market studies, and site entitlement support.

Design and lead traffic signal, ITS, and broadband fiber plans for NCDOT and municipal projects. Perform field investigations, construction inspections, and equipment inventories. Apply NCDOT/MUTCD standards, conduct capacity and signal timing analyses, manage client relationships, support project development, and adhere to schedules and budgets.
