Develops and expands strategic relationships with hotel owners, hospitality leaders, and consultants. Sells Summit Broadband’s full technology portfolio, including internet, Wi-Fi, video, phone, dark fiber, and transport services. Responsibilities include prospecting, account planning, CRM funnel management, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, quota achievement, and participation in hospitality events.

Supports design, development, deployment, administration, and maintenance of customer premises equipment activation, service provisioning, and network operations systems. Coordinates integrations, releases, testing, change management, disaster recovery, system monitoring, documentation, and reliability improvements. Manages multiple complex projects, estimates budgets and resources, and leads engineers and technicians while collaborating with Product, IT Service Delivery, and Advanced Engineering teams.

Serve as the primary contact for property management and boards of bulk communities to launch and retain Summit Broadband services. Manage customer experience, resolve escalations, attend community events, drive product penetration and contract renewals, use internal systems and NPS feedback, provide basic technical troubleshooting, maintain documentation, and support after-hours and travel-heavy (≈40%) regional responsibilities.
