Provides pre- and post-sales technical leadership for broadband telecommunications solutions. Consults with sales and customers, gathers requirements, designs and prices fiber, GPON, XGS-PON, and Wi-Fi networks, prepares technical proposals, and supports implementation and service turn-up. Advises on network architecture, product positioning, and customer solutions while coordinating with engineering, operations, vendors, and project teams. Delivers technical training and maintains expertise in telecommunications products and technologies.

Supports design, development, deployment, administration, and maintenance of customer premises equipment activation, service provisioning, and network operations systems. Coordinates integrations, releases, testing, change management, disaster recovery, system monitoring, documentation, and reliability improvements. Manages multiple complex projects, estimates budgets and resources, and leads engineers and technicians while collaborating with Product, IT Service Delivery, and Advanced Engineering teams.

Serve as the primary contact for property management and boards of bulk communities to launch and retain Summit Broadband services. Manage customer experience, resolve escalations, attend community events, drive product penetration and contract renewals, use internal systems and NPS feedback, provide basic technical troubleshooting, maintain documentation, and support after-hours and travel-heavy (≈40%) regional responsibilities.
