Teams at Suki

Own US daytime IT operations in a follow-the-sun environment. Administer Okta, Google Workspace, SaaS applications, HR-driven onboarding and offboarding, endpoint management, and macOS/Windows device provisioning. Support SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST compliance, triage security alerts, enforce endpoint policies, manage IT incidents, and coordinate MSP hardware and networking support. Monitor vendor SLAs, resolve identity and SaaS issues, and independently make technical decisions during PST hours.

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Suki’s platform products, including APIs, services, integrations, AI/ML capabilities, and developer experiences. Drive EHR interoperability, healthcare data standards, compliance, partner ecosystems, and scalable platform architecture. Partner with engineering, commercial, and executive teams on prioritization and strategy while building and leading a high-performing platform product management organization.

Own the functionality, integration, performance, and stress-testing roadmap for an AI/ML healthcare platform. Develop automated tests, frameworks, tools, and processes across web, mobile, and backend systems. Investigate testing approaches for AI/ML applications, improve coverage and automation, diagnose bugs, create test plans, refine acceptance criteria, and support the full software lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering, product, design, operations, and release teams while mentoring junior engineers and working independently.
