Designs, implements, and supports client-facing IT projects across Microsoft and Mac environments. Responsibilities include infrastructure and endpoint deployments, migrations, identity and security configuration, AI workflow development, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and technical handoff. The role translates client needs into sustainable technical solutions and coordinates with project managers, security teams, support teams, and stakeholders.

Provides Level 2 remote and on-site IT support for complex laptop, workstation, operating system, software, hardware, network, and peripheral issues. Installs and configures systems, documents interventions, prioritizes and escalates unresolved tickets, and participates in after-hours on-call rotations. Supports executives and C-suite users in high-pressure environments while maintaining professional service standards.
