Coordinates multiple cybersecurity and CMMC-related projects for defense-sector clients. Responsibilities include scheduling resources, assigning tasks, tracking tickets and deliverables, monitoring risks and dependencies, coordinating documentation and evidence collection, maintaining project records, supporting meetings, and facilitating communication among project managers, technical teams, compliance stakeholders, and clients.

Provides Level 2 remote and on-site IT support for complex laptop, workstation, operating system, software, hardware, network, and peripheral issues. Installs and configures systems, documents interventions, prioritizes and escalates unresolved tickets, and participates in after-hours on-call rotations. Supports executives and C-suite users in high-pressure environments while maintaining professional service standards.
