Lead internal operational excellence projects: document processes, coordinate stakeholders, maintain project plans and trackers, support technology and reporting initiatives, drive change adoption, create training/materials, and measure post-implementation outcomes to improve consistency and efficiency across Workplace Solutions.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex hospitality logistics projects: coordinate clients, vendors, and internal teams; manage schedules, inventory, installations, risk, quality, safety, and closeouts; supervise onsite crews and provide regular status reporting.

Establish and maintain the PMO framework for Contract Logistics projects. Lead project intake, planning, execution, risk management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain PMO tools and reporting, and provide status and recommendations to leadership. Manage and develop PMO staff, allocate resources, and resolve escalated project issues.

Sell local office moving services by developing market strategy, generating and pursuing qualified B2B leads, presenting in-person proposals, closing deals, using CRM and estimator software, and meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.

Serve as the customer's primary liaison through the relocation process by counseling clients, managing pre-move and delivery communications, processing files per client policy, collecting COD overages, updating systems, analyzing surveys, and maintaining SLA-aligned post-move scores.

Lead continuous improvement of workplace solutions processes and manage complex commercial furniture, relocation, and installation projects end-to-end. Coordinate sales, design, operations, vendors, and installers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to client expectations while mentoring staff and standardizing tools, templates, and communication practices.

Manage day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, oversee freight movement, KPIs, cost control, budgeting, vendor strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement to meet service and productivity goals.

Manage and expand relationships with large named customers, lead strategic account planning, meet sales quotas and profitability targets, coordinate internal resources to deliver solutions, present reports and new programs, price special projects, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Lead the Warehouse Management System product strategy and roadmap, manage WMS subject-matter team, prioritize backlog, drive integrations and releases, engage stakeholders and clients, conduct user and market research, remove delivery roadblocks, and support sales with WMS capabilities to improve warehouse efficiency and scalability.

Support daily final-mile delivery and installation operations, supervise and develop employees and contractors, manage staffing, routing, and KPIs, coordinate customer communications and service recovery, ensure compliance with licensing and documentation, assist recruiting/onboarding and continuous improvement efforts.

Oversee daily moving and storage operations, supervise and hire staff and contractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, maintain quality and equipment, manage budgets, margins, inventory, scheduling, training, and capacity expansion to meet service and profitability goals.
