Designs, installs, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, wireless, security, and data/voice communication systems. The role resolves escalated support tickets, maintains network hardware and software, supports data center equipment, develops network procedures, coordinates with vendors, and architects reliable solutions. It also requires performance analysis, incident resolution, technical communication, project management, and adherence to networking and security best practices.

Provides administrative support for home delivery operations, customer relations, independent contractors, order processing, BOL tracking, route preparation, service orders, returns, spreadsheets, and data entry. Handles phone and email correspondence, researches open orders, coordinates with warehouse and operations teams, and maintains accurate records. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Office, and multitasking skills in a primarily climate-controlled office environment.

Coordinates workplace service projects from request intake through closeout. Responsibilities include customer setup, credit approval, insurance certificates, walkthroughs, planning calls, proposals, purchase orders, timelines, scope changes, cost consolidation, and communications among sales, operations, project management, and customers. The role is full-time onsite in San Jose and requires strong organization, customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.
