Oversee safe and effective delivery of furniture, installation, warehouse, delivery, and reconfiguration services. Supervise 5–10 employees, conduct job inspections, manage operating expenses and profit performance, support product expansion, review financial trends, and ensure OSHA and DOT compliance. Coordinate safety measures with agency partners while maintaining customer relationships and service quality.

Coordinates logistics orders, transportation scheduling, warehouse and customer communications, shipment tracking, documentation, billing, inventory reporting, and issue resolution. Maintains client, vendor, and warehouse relationships; supports customer onboarding, quality procedures, KPI reporting, regulatory records, and process improvements. Requires strong communication, organization, spreadsheet skills, and familiarity with inventory and warehouse systems.

Coordinates domestic accounts payable activities, including vendor payment processing, check runs, payment issue resolution, vendor information updates, reconciliations, credit memo reviews, reporting, and workflow management. Collaborates with Claims, Billing, and Vendor Relations teams, trains personnel on routine accounts payable tasks, and supports projects to improve payment accuracy and efficiency.
