Support daily final-mile delivery and installation operations, supervise and develop employees and contractors, manage staffing, routing, and KPIs, coordinate customer communications and service recovery, ensure compliance with licensing and documentation, assist recruiting/onboarding and continuous improvement efforts.

Sources, screens, onboards, and maintains a high-volume pipeline of independent contractors supporting final-mile delivery and logistics operations. Partners with market leaders to forecast capacity, ensures contractor compliance with insurance and background-check requirements, tracks recruiting metrics, maintains applicant records, supports recruitment marketing and vendor partnerships, and conducts exit interviews. The role requires knowledge of the 1099 contractor model, strong relationship-building skills, and domestic travel as needed.

Manage agent subrogation inbox, perform chargeback audits, generate reports, process claim subrogation and rebuttals within required timeframes, update claims system, assist on claims workgroup calls, and provide cross-trained support as needed.
