Provides administrative support for home delivery operations, customers, independent contractors, and internal departments. Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, researching orders, managing bills of lading and service orders, updating systems, preparing routes and manifests, processing returns, entering FedEx orders, and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, data entry, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.

Drive new business development for specialized logistics and 3PL solutions, focusing on FF&E logistics, B2B final-mile delivery, transportation management, and white-glove project services. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution design through proposals, negotiations, and onboarding. Build customer relationships, develop strategic sales plans, collaborate with operations and engineering teams, maintain CRM data, lead presentations, and achieve annual sales targets.

Manage corporate relocation and office furniture projects from intake through closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating clients, vendors, sales, field teams, and crews; developing move plans, furniture test fits, seating assignments, proposals, timelines, and change orders; producing AutoCAD move plans and labels; tracking costs and progress; and ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
