Provides on-site IT support for a K-12 campus, including help desk triage, classroom technology troubleshooting, device lifecycle and inventory management, hardware break/fix, basic network troubleshooting, onboarding, staff training, and knowledge-base documentation. Partners with central technology teams to maintain secure, reliable systems and minimize instructional disruptions.

The CRM Business Analyst translates business and marketing needs into Salesforce and HubSpot solutions. Responsibilities include CRM roadmap planning, requirements gathering, process optimization, platform delivery coordination, data governance, reporting, testing, training, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role partners with stakeholders and technical teams to improve campaign execution, lead and opportunity management, data quality, adoption, and customer engagement.

The Security Analyst will support incident response, SIEM monitoring, endpoint protection, email security, DLP, access management, vulnerability management, cloud security, compliance, and privacy programs. The role partners with IT, engineering, and business teams to operationalize security processes, protect AWS and GCP environments, investigate threats, resolve vulnerabilities, and evaluate security tools. This hybrid position requires onsite work three days weekly in Manhattan.
