Lead Success Academy’s AI Engineering team, overseeing scalable AI/ML architecture, production deployment, MLOps, monitoring, and optimization. Define technical best practices, mentor engineers, evaluate emerging technologies, and collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and education teams. Guide responsible AI practices, privacy compliance, bias mitigation, and cloud security governance. Advise executives and school stakeholders, communicate technical roadmaps, and translate AI capabilities into practical educational use cases.

Lead FP&A for a major business area: own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, executive reporting, scenario modeling, process and systems improvements, and partner with senior leaders to drive fiscal discipline and strategic decision-making.

Lead and execute fundraising strategy across individual, corporate, and foundation giving. Manage and develop advancement staff, grow major gift pipeline, use data to track performance, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and support CEO/CAO on development initiatives and donor engagement.
