Leads the strategy and execution of sales enablement programs for a SaaS revenue organization. Responsibilities include building onboarding and ramp programs, developing sales playbooks and messaging, delivering training and coaching, strengthening sales culture, partnering with executives, measuring enablement performance, and implementing AI-powered revenue tools. The role aims to improve rep productivity, quota attainment, win rates, product knowledge, and sales-cycle efficiency.

Leads Submittable’s legal function, team, policies, and processes. Advises on privacy, security, SaaS contracts, intellectual property, corporate governance, employment law, compliance, litigation, M&A, and regulatory developments. Partners with executive leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and HR while managing outside counsel, legal spend, contract lifecycle management, and legal operations automation.

The Account Executive will manage end-to-end sales cycles, engage C-suite leaders, and exceed quotas by selling mission-driven software solutions to large organizations.
