Lead North America marketing for Submer Group: adapt and execute global campaigns, own regional strategy and budget, run events end-to-end, partner with commercial and technical teams, provide market intelligence, and build regional marketing functions to grow brand and partner relationships across North America.

Provide corporate, commercial, compliance, and cross-border legal support for a growing international AI datacenter infrastructure company. Lead entity management, corporate governance, fundraising diligence and negotiations, contract drafting and negotiation, legal operations and CLM modernization, outside counsel management, and Spanish-English document translation. Partner with executives and local counsel across multiple jurisdictions and help build scalable processes and templates.

Lead end-to-end MEP design and delivery for hyperscale and modular HPC/AI data centers (50–300 MW), focusing on integrated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, high-density liquid cooling, MV/LV power distribution, modular architectures, compliance with industry codes, and mentoring junior engineers through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Design, develop and integrate building management and controls for modular datacenter MEP systems. Own control architecture, PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, protocols, vendor review, FAT/SAT commissioning, troubleshooting, and mentor junior controls engineers while aligning with cybersecurity and IT requirements.

Support electrical design, engineering, commissioning, and delivery of liquid-cooled data centre solutions: prepare layouts, SLDs, wiring diagrams, BOMs, perform load calculations, assist testing/FAT/SAT, troubleshoot commissioning issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with IEC/NEC/IEEE and company HSE standards.

Design and presales of end-to-end AI/HPC infrastructure: size GPU clusters, storage, networking, Kubernetes/container platforms, integrate liquid-cooled racks with facility constraints, validate solutions with OEMs, and support delivery for scalable, operable AI deployments.
