Manages Houston office operations, reception, visitors, supplies, vendors, facilities requests, events, onboarding logistics, records, invoices, and administrative reporting. Improves processes and serves as a trusted resource for leadership and employees.

Lead North America marketing for Submer Group: adapt and execute global campaigns, own regional strategy and budget, run events end-to-end, partner with commercial and technical teams, provide market intelligence, and build regional marketing functions to grow brand and partner relationships across North America.

Provide corporate, commercial, compliance, and cross-border legal support for a growing international AI datacenter infrastructure company. Lead entity management, corporate governance, fundraising diligence and negotiations, contract drafting and negotiation, legal operations and CLM modernization, outside counsel management, and Spanish-English document translation. Partner with executives and local counsel across multiple jurisdictions and help build scalable processes and templates.
