Lead the dealership’s finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow, budgeting, internal controls, tax compliance, audits, inventory records, and team leadership. The role oversees accounting accuracy and supports dealership goals while coordinating with leadership, auditors, lenders, Sales, and Service.

Lead the automotive sales department by hiring, training, coaching, and motivating sales staff to achieve revenue targets. Monitor team performance, assist with deal closing, develop customer referrals and repeat business, oversee sales operations and inventory, and prepare annual forecasts and budgets. The role requires automotive sales management experience, strong negotiation and leadership skills, familiarity with dealership operations, a valid driver’s license, and successful completion of MVR and drug testing.

Sell vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating features, guiding buyers through purchases, and building relationships through personalized follow-up. The role requires strong communication, goal orientation, product presentation, objection handling, and closing skills. Sales experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.

Converts online automotive leads into sales opportunities and dealership appointments through email and phone follow-up. Prepares for customer arrivals, collaborates with sales and management teams, manages customer information, and completes tasks assigned by the Internet Director. The role requires strong customer service, computer, phone, and online buying process skills. CRM experience, social media and marketing experience, and automotive sales experience are helpful but not required; in-house training is provided.
