Leads full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technician, and professional roles; conducts candidate screening and interviews; partners with hiring managers; develops sourcing strategies and talent pipelines; builds relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and community partners; represents the company at recruiting events; and manages co-op recruitment, development, and offboarding.

The Supplier Quality Engineer develops quality systems, improves supplier and product quality, reviews PPAP submissions, conducts supplier audits, analyzes quality data, supports new product development, and supervises receiving inspection or metrology technicians. The role also manages quality infrastructure projects and collaborates with manufacturing sites, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

Provide technical expertise in metal-forming processes, tooling, presses, and related equipment. Develop tooling concepts, specifications, RFQs, cost estimates, and supplier relationships; oversee tooling design, build, qualification, and production transition. Support new product development, design for manufacturability, defect root-cause analysis, material selection, process improvement, and tooling project management for aesthetic stainless-steel appliance components.
