Own customer onboarding and implementations, integrate Stuut with ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce), write production-quality code and automations, collaborate with Sales and Product, build documentation and internal tools, and travel to client sites to deploy solutions and gather product feedback.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, data, and design roles. Source senior talent proactively, partner with CEO and hiring leads, build recruiting processes, ATS hygiene, scorecards, and employer brand, and use metrics to iterate while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Lead SRE responsible for reliability strategy, architecting resilient AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure, building observability, driving incident response and postmortems, improving deployment safety and automation, mentoring engineers, and partnering across product and engineering to scale platform reliability.
