The role requires collaboration across Learning & Engagement, community organizations, visitors, and museum departments, with occasional evening and weekend work and local travel throughout New York City.

Supports fundraising, cultivation, and venue rental events from planning through post-event wrap-up. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors and stakeholders, managing guest lists and donor communications, tracking donations and expenses, preparing event materials, processing invoices, coordinating production logistics, supporting onsite registration, and reconciling attendance and revenue. Requires occasional evening, weekend, and early-morning work, plus physical assistance with event materials.
