The Archivist will manage and expand the museum’s institutional archives, processing uncatalogued multi-format materials, creating finding aids and inventories, facilitating research access, supporting record-retention policies, and developing digitization plans. The role coordinates with collections staff, manages archives fellows and interns, responds to external reference requests, and supports collection care and museum reopening initiatives. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring an archival library science background and institutional archives experience.

Supports fundraising, cultivation, and venue rental events from planning through post-event wrap-up. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors and stakeholders, managing guest lists and donor communications, tracking donations and expenses, preparing event materials, processing invoices, coordinating production logistics, supporting onsite registration, and reconciling attendance and revenue. Requires occasional evening, weekend, and early-morning work, plus physical assistance with event materials.
