Design, implement, and test a public API for Reptile, a browser-based autonomous fleet simulation engine. The intern will manage email lists, schedule social posts, monitor campaign performance, draft communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote San Antonio’s bioscience ecosystem. Supports marketing and brand growth through social media content creation, event coordination, community engagement, product demonstrations, and digital graphic design. The intern will schedule social posts, assist with farmers markets and pop-ups, prepare marketing materials, coordinate with retailers, monitor engagement, and contribute creative ideas for brand visibility. The role provides hands-on experience in marketing strategy, brand development, digital communication, and event planning.

Supports the review, research, refinement, documentation, and implementation of entrepreneurial programs. Responsibilities include researching innovation-hub best practices, preparing recommendations and program materials, maintaining program data, documenting workflows, supporting process rollouts, organizing files, recording meeting notes, and summarizing stakeholder feedback. The intern collaborates with staff and stakeholders while assisting with administrative and program-development activities.

Supports Great Springs Project through community tabling events, volunteer coordination, trail-planning logistics, partner meetings, social media content, seasonal events, and administrative tasks. The intern maintains event calendars, gathers community input, takes meeting notes, assists with outreach, tracks social media trends, and supports office operations. The role is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings and requires reliable transportation, strong organizational skills, and passion for conservation and green spaces.

Supports theater administration and summer operations by updating the website, organizing rehearsal and backstage materials, communicating with students and technical volunteers, completing a theatrical technical task, and assisting with marketing and communications outreach. The role is fully in-person and provides hands-on experience in theater education and nonprofit operations.

Supports Centro San Antonio events, festivals, programs, and campaigns through event logistics, vendor and stakeholder coordination, on-site execution, content capture, marketing copy, website updates, asset management, and community engagement. The intern serves as a public-facing representative and must be available for flexible evening and weekend event work in a hybrid environment.

Supports the CEO with administrative and office operations, including reconciling revenue and expense reports, maintaining donor and marketing contacts, coordinating meetings and events, greeting visitors, handling communications, and organizing files. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, problem-solving, professionalism, confidentiality, interpersonal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Create and review graphics for digital and print media, marketing materials, and social media. Assist with photo editing, image creation, file management, and clerical tasks. Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts, ensure quality layouts and typography, and complete assigned work independently and on schedule.

Supports architectural and park-space design projects by developing concepts, drawings, models, presentation materials, and design visuals. Coordinates with Conservancy staff, contractors, and subcontractors; assists with construction inspections, scheduling, materials tracking, quality monitoring, progress reporting, and maintaining safe, clean public areas.

Supports nonprofit fundraising through sponsorship prospecting, proposal drafting, sponsor engagement, event assistance, revenue diversification, community relationship building, and administrative support. Helps identify aligned sponsorship opportunities, develop application budgets, and organize programs, galas, concerts, and community gatherings benefiting Brackenridge Park Conservancy.

Assist with designing, prototyping, and testing prosthetic and robotic hand components. Support research to improve device performance, comfort, and affordability while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout product development. Document experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings. This hands-on internship provides experience in bionic technology, prosthetics, humanoid robotics, CAD, prototyping, embedded systems, and engineering research.
