As a Regional Coordinator, you will enhance pro-life campus engagement, organize events, recruit members, and advocate for pro-life initiatives, while managing travel and metrics effectively.

Develop and grow pro-life campus groups across LA, MS, and AL by recruiting, training, and mobilizing students; manage records in Salesforce; plan events, lobbying, and rapid-response actions; travel frequently; handle regional fundraising, budgeting, and outreach; and represent SFLA at rallies and community events.

Coordinate and grow campus pro-life groups across Northern California and Nevada. Recruit, train, and mobilize student leaders; organize events, rapid responses, and political engagement; maintain records in Salesforce; manage regional travel, fundraising, and budgets; build relationships with community organizations and legislators; participate in team communications and regional offsites.

Develop and execute strategic marketing and advocacy campaigns for both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) work. Advise departments and senior leadership, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, evaluate campaign performance, mentor marketing managers, and act as department lead when needed. Monitor political and cultural developments to shape timely, compliant messaging.

Lead and grow the Called Initiative by building relationships with dioceses, coordinating programs and events, developing resources, managing Called website content and reporting in Salesforce, fundraising support, and representing SFLA at conferences and schools. Role requires travel, outreach, and collaboration with regional and field teams.

The Northern Regional Coordinator develops pro-life campus groups, strategizes community engagement, organizes regional events, and mobilizes students in political advocacy.

The Ohio Regional Coordinator works with pro-life campus groups and community members to enhance participation in the Pro-Life Movement. Responsibilities include group support, event organization, advocacy, and training future pro-life leaders.

Manage and cultivate a portfolio of 200–300 donors across the Midwest and Mountain region. Identify and qualify prospects, schedule and conduct meetings, track donor interactions in development databases, coordinate and host events and galas, support national fundraising campaigns, and execute donor stewardship including handwritten notes and special gift campaigns. Heavy travel required to grow regional support and meet fundraising goals.

Serve and grow pro-life campus groups across FL, GA, and PR by recruiting, training, and advising student leaders; organize events, mobilize rapid responses, engage local politics and fundraise; maintain records in Salesforce, meet regional metrics, manage travel and budgets, and represent SFLA at conferences and rallies.

Manage a portfolio of current and prospective donors: prospect, cultivate, and steward relationships through meetings, events, calls, emails, and handwritten notes. Track interactions in development databases, support national and local fundraising events and campaigns, organize regional galas, and execute high-dollar donor outreach. Frequent travel (60%) required; meet fundraising goals and collaborate with the Development Team on materials and campaigns.
