Manage a portfolio of current and prospective donors: prospect, cultivate, and steward relationships through meetings, events, calls, emails, and handwritten notes. Track interactions in development databases, support national and local fundraising events and campaigns, organize regional galas, and execute high-dollar donor outreach. Frequent travel (60%) required; meet fundraising goals and collaborate with the Development Team on materials and campaigns.

Join the President's team to capture, produce, and publish daily short-form social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. Travel extensively with the President to film events, create rapid-response and platform-optimized posts, manage community engagement and inboxes, and collaborate with brand and video teams to execute content strategy and drive audience growth and interaction.

Qualify donors giving $500–$1,999 via an 8–10 step outreach cycle, scheduling virtual and in-person meetings, conducting donor research, managing CRM, meeting weekly touch metrics, and supporting major gifts team logistics.
