Develops new and existing client relationships for structural concrete strengthening solutions in Northern California. Performs technical sales, presentations, proposal and bid package support, lead follow-up, CRM maintenance, client meetings, jobsite walks, and pre-bid meetings. Collaborates with engineering and construction teams to develop solutions, expand the client base, and meet sales goals across commercial and public markets.

Develops new and existing client relationships throughout the San Francisco region to grow sales of structural concrete strengthening services. Responsibilities include presenting engineered solutions, pursuing leads, supporting proposals and bid packages, attending jobsite and pre-bid meetings, maintaining CRM records, updating contact databases, and collaborating with marketing, technology, construction, and operations teams. The role requires strong local market knowledge, experience with complex sales cycles, and 70%–80% local travel.

Supports construction project management through estimating, budgeting, job cost management, scheduling, production tracking, client relations, safety, quality control, engineering design, and business development. The intern develops practical skills while assisting with challenging projects and collaborating with project teams. Candidates should be pursuing or hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

Operate and maintain hydrodemolition equipment, vacuum trucks, and water treatment systems on construction sites. Responsibilities include site setup, equipment operation, troubleshooting, repairs, safety compliance, daily reporting, transporting equipment to project sites, and training operations-center personnel. Extensive travel throughout the United States is required. Training is provided, with mechanical experience and CDL-A preferred.

Develops and strengthens client relationships across Texas while selling structural concrete strengthening services and products. Responsibilities include presenting solutions, pursuing leads, supporting proposals and bids, attending jobsite and pre-bid meetings, maintaining CRM records, expanding contact databases, and collaborating with engineering, operations, construction, and marketing teams. Requires commercial sales experience, knowledge of the Texas market, success against sales quotas, and comfort with complex sales cycles. Local travel is required 70%–80% of the time.

Lead international business development for SIMCO’s infrastructure and asset management services, prioritizing the Middle East. Develop territory strategy, identify infrastructure owners and operators, build sales pipelines, manage complex pursuits, prepare proposals, negotiate long sales cycles, and expand project engagements into lifecycle, risk, and asset management programs. Represent SIMCO with clients and industry stakeholders while collaborating with distributed engineering and technical teams.

Performs quality control reviews of structural shop drawings and provides technical support for post-tension system detailing, installation, repair, and design. Collaborates with detailing, coordination, shop, and estimating teams; maintains knowledge of post-tensioning standards and construction practices; and may participate in client meetings, site inspections, repairs, and coordination. Requires civil or structural engineering expertise, post-tension experience, knowledge of PTI and ACI codes, and strong documentation and organizational skills.

Prepares bills of quantities, material, labor, and equipment calculations, project cost estimates, supplier and subcontractor quotation evaluations, and technical and commercial proposals. Maintains estimating databases and cost records while ensuring accurate, timely submissions. The role coordinates with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors and may involve office, construction-site, industrial-environment, and project-location work.

Conduct field investigations and structural condition assessments; analyze concrete structures; design repairs, seismic retrofits, and strengthening systems; prepare construction drawings, calculations, technical submittals, and reports; coordinate with clients, engineers, drafters, and construction crews; and mentor junior engineers.

Develops and expands client relationships with structural engineers and contractors across Northern California. Provides technical support for structural strengthening solutions, including specifications, design development, project details, presentations, and engineering assistance. Coordinates with internal engineering and construction teams, attends jobsite walks and bid meetings, manages CRM opportunities and contacts, and grows the regional strengthening pipeline. Requires strong technical communication, public speaking, structural engineering knowledge, and frequent local travel.

Prepare complex structural and mechanical system drawings from layouts and sketches; apply technical specifications; collaborate with engineers on model accuracy; coordinate material deliveries; calculate and track material quantities; and communicate with engineers, clients, and shop teams. The role requires AutoCAD expertise, structural drawing interpretation, teamwork, and 5–10% national travel.
