Leads structural and forensic engineering projects for heavy industrial structures, including advanced modeling, gravity and lateral analysis, repair and strengthening design, project planning, technical presentations, and construction issue resolution. Supervises and mentors junior engineers, coordinates customers, suppliers, engineers, and officials, and supports project studies, sales approaches, quality, and safety objectives.

Designs and analyzes heavy industrial and infrastructure structures, develops repair and strengthening solutions, and resolves technical and construction issues. Plans and coordinates major projects, supports proposals, supervises and mentors junior engineers, leads design development, and presents technical recommendations. Uses ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 or RAM Concept, and ADAPT software for structural modeling, gravity and lateral analysis, prestressing, and post-tensioning design while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Develops new and existing client relationships for structural concrete strengthening solutions in Northern California. Performs technical sales, presentations, proposal and bid package support, lead follow-up, CRM maintenance, client meetings, jobsite walks, and pre-bid meetings. Collaborates with engineering and construction teams to develop solutions, expand the client base, and meet sales goals across commercial and public markets.
