Lead and grow a defined contribution retirement plan practice by overseeing plan administration, compliance, partner support, onboarding/book conversions, client and advisor relationships, team development, and P&L management. Act as technical escalation, support M&A integrations, implement scalable processes, and drive operational excellence and profitability.

Provide executive support to the CEO and senior leaders while owning end-to-end planning and on-site execution of firmwide events. Manage travel, vendor contracts, budgets, run-of-show, cross-team coordination, post-event reporting, and maintain event systems and calendars.
