Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of 75-100 retirement plans providing 3(16) fiduciary services. Manage delegated fiduciary tasks, ensure ERISA compliance, coordinate with internal teams and recordkeepers, support audits and plan transitions, and deliver timely client communication and governance meetings.

Lead and manage data transformation and migration projects, design and build automated data quality monitoring tools, analyze/clean/transform data using SQL/Python/JavaScript, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document mappings and processes, troubleshoot conversion issues, and apply AI and automation to improve data integrity and efficiency.

The Enrolled Actuary will provide actuarial and consulting services for Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans, ensuring compliance and optimizing plan design while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
