Leads a team of retirement plan administrators and oversees qualified defined contribution plan administration, compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, quality assurance, client escalations, and regulatory deadlines. The role involves reviewing technical work, managing client data and communications, supporting plan implementations, improving processes, and mentoring staff. It requires extensive third-party administrator experience, retirement plan credentials, knowledge of ERISA and related regulations, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Leads operational improvement initiatives across third-party administrator operations, including technology evaluations, compliance-system migrations, census data quality, straight-through processing, technology adoption, training, and workflow optimization. Partners with Product, Technology, Transformation, CRM, and Administration teams to prioritize and execute a roadmap of initiatives, represent operational needs in product development, and measure adoption and efficiency outcomes.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to leaders and employees, supporting employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, organizational changes, and employee engagement. Provides guidance across the employee lifecycle, partners with HR Operations and Payroll, uses Dayforce and HR data to inform decisions, supports compensation and benefits processes, and ensures consistent application of HR policies and employment practices.
