Coordinate RFP intake and submission processes: enter bids into CRM, manage documentation, track assignments and deadlines, compile proposals, communicate with clients, schedule internal reviews, and support bid controls across business units.

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities for corporate/shared services: schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain ATS data, support pre-employment checks and onboarding, liaise with hiring managers and staffing agencies, assist with recruiting metrics, and support career fairs and employer branding while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Lead pipeline mapping and GIS design to produce full pipeline design packages (alignment sheets, HDD plan/profiles, permit and parcel exhibits). Import and interpret survey data, perform QA/constructability reviews, support engineers and construction teams, assist with bills of materials, permit coordination, site visits, and project planning to ensure safe, constructible pipeline deliverables.

Lead regional QA/QC for pipeline construction and related facilities, ensuring compliance with client specs, codes, and regulations. Oversee inspectors and subcontractors, review WPS/ITPs/NDE/coating/hydrotest records, perform audits, manage corrective actions, and support continuous improvement from bid through closeout.
