Develop electrical and instrumentation design drawings for pump, meter, compressor, and pipeline stations. Apply NEC, size circuits/equipment, create wiring and installation details, coordinate vendor drawings, ensure hazardous area classifications, and produce construction-ready design packages while collaborating with EPC teams.

Assist Project Managers and field leadership with planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of pipeline and facilities construction projects. Support cost tracking, schedule and progress monitoring, vendor invoicing, purchase order administration, change orders, project documentation, client and supplier communication, and ensure crews have required equipment and materials. Maintain project tracking tools and prepare project reports, drawings, and meeting notes.

Provide administrative support to HR and Regional Operations including full onboarding management, E-Verify processing, employee record maintenance in SharePoint, HR phone/data entry support, assisting applicants and managers, and supporting HR policies and projects to maintain a professional workplace culture.

Manage pipeline and facilities projects from concept through close-out: develop budgets and schedules, oversee procurement and construction, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate stakeholders, control change orders and payments, and lead project teams and post‑job reviews.

Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers: maintain documentation, track procurement and deliveries, assist reporting and project controls, coordinate meetings, and escalate issues while learning forecasting, cost controls, scheduling, and commercial processes.

Lead pipeline mapping and GIS design to produce full pipeline design packages (alignment sheets, HDD plan/profiles, permit and parcel exhibits). Import and interpret survey data, perform QA/constructability reviews, support engineers and construction teams, assist with bills of materials, permit coordination, site visits, and project planning to ensure safe, constructible pipeline deliverables.

Coordinate RFP intake and submission processes: enter bids into CRM, manage documentation, track assignments and deadlines, compile proposals, communicate with clients, schedule internal reviews, and support bid controls across business units.
