Provides procurement support for the Gulf Coast region by preparing requisitions and purchase orders, coordinating supplier documentation, managing qualification requirements, tracking commitments, reporting cost savings, and participating in supplier meetings. Requires construction procurement experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel across South Texas. The schedule is six days per week, ten hours per day.

Prepares cost savings and avoidance reports, maintains accurate electronic records, and represents the company in supplier meetings. The role requires procurement experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, attention to detail, communication, and onsite work in Spring, Texas.

Analyzes and reports on construction and maintenance project controls, including schedules, costs, forecasts, earned value, and quality. Builds Power BI dashboards, Excel models, and SQL queries to identify project risks and performance trends. Maintains metadata, data governance, documentation, and financial-system integrations. Collaborates with project, engineering, procurement, construction, and accounting teams while developing training and process improvements.
