Supports students with disabilities as they transition from high school to college, training, employment, and independent living. Builds relationships with family advocacy agencies, assists with IEP teams and college registration, educates families about regional resources, supports post-secondary surveys, and coordinates communication among students, families, schools, and agencies. This virtual role requires independent work, Ohio certification, and travel of up to 75%.

Leads community engagement initiatives for students and families in a virtual school. Coordinates events, outings, family activities, communications, and social media; builds relationships, gathers feedback, promotes belonging, tracks participation trends, and supports school visibility and culture initiatives. The role is remote and requires Michigan residency and approximately 20% travel.

Oversee students’ progress toward Industry Recognized Credentials and graduation requirements. Provide graduation pathway counseling, align academic choices with long-term career goals, track credentials accurately and timely, and support student engagement, academic progress, communication, collaboration, and successful graduation within an online school environment.
