Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, engagement, performance, talent development, and change initiatives. Uses HR data to guide recommendations, coaches and influences leaders, supports culture and manager capability-building, and collaborates with Workforce Intelligence and Employee Relations. The role is fully remote but requires Texas residency, occasional in-person meetings, up to 10% travel, and completion of a background check.

Processes and maintains student records requests, verifies authorization, and supports enrollment, withdrawal, and transfer activities. Ensures records are accurate, complete, confidential, and compliant with FERPA and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include tracking requests, scanning and indexing documents, performing quality checks, responding to families and agencies, generating reports, escalating compliance issues, and supporting retention and archiving procedures. This remote role requires independent work, consistent productivity, and occasional travel for professional development and testing.

Coordinates Section 504 services for students by managing referrals, evaluations, accommodations, annual reviews, records, and compliance. Develops and implements 504 plans, maintains student databases and files, communicates with families, trains staff on eligibility and procedures, and ensures accommodations are provided in instructional and testing settings. The role is virtual, requires independent work, Ohio certification eligibility, and up to 10% travel.
