Coordinate and manage all aspects of Section 504 programming to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain 504 records and plans, train and support staff, liaise with district and special education teams, prepare documentation, support teachers in tracking student progress, and attend in-person testing, PDs, and school events. Role requires Virginia teaching certification and experience in K-12 education.

Provide targeted math remediation for at-risk elementary students using RTI processes. Modify K12 curriculum, run small-group interventions, collect and monitor progress data, train and support staff and parents, collaborate with special education and leadership, and travel up to 20% for professional development and testing.

Administer and support K-12 ELL program delivery, provide teacher coaching and professional development, ensure state/federal compliance, support students and families, and maintain virtual instruction, assessment, and reporting. Travel ~20% for in-person PD and testing.
