Process and fulfill user access requests, provision and modify accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and support onboarding/offboarding. Work in a ticket-driven environment using ticketing systems, follow SLA-driven workflows and compliance requirements, document changes, and coordinate with IT and business teams.

The Middle School Math Interventionist modifies curricula, collaborates with teachers, oversees data collection, supports RTI implementation, and provides training.

Provide administrative and operational support for school functions including data entry, student records and attendance, state reporting, assessment logistics, community outreach, marketing support, meeting planning, and systems support. Coordinate project tasks, maintain audit tools, and collaborate with school teams to meet compliance and operational goals.
