Senior executive responsible for translating STRIDE's mission into measurable strategic outcomes. Leads enterprise strategy, transformation, growth, innovation, performance management, and cross-functional initiatives. Partners with CEO and executives to develop plans, business cases, KPIs and transformation roadmaps; drives change leadership, accountability, and technology-enabled improvement to enhance patient, employee and financial performance across the organization.

Registers, checks in, and checks out patients; schedules appointments; updates demographic, financial, and medical records; collects copayments and account balances; coordinates referrals; answers calls; supports medical records and billing communications; follows HIPAA and OSHA requirements; assists patients and staff; and maintains an organized, sanitized reception area.

Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles across multiple sites. Develop sourcing strategies, manage 30+ active requisitions, screen and interview candidates, extend offers, track recruitment KPIs, ensure compliance with FQHC/HRSA and employment laws, build talent pipelines, represent STRIDE at outreach events, and support onboarding and HR initiatives.

Coordinate and administer organizational training and compliance programs, manage LMS administration and records, facilitate onboarding and CPR certification, develop annual training plans, audit training/compliance documentation, communicate training initiatives, and collaborate with leaders and vendors to ensure regulatory adherence and staff development.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing across a clinic and four school-based health centers. Oversee hiring, training, staffing, compliance, policies, supplies, and scheduling; deliver direct patient care within nursing scope; partner with senior leadership to align nursing with population health and integrated services; coach and build high-performing teams; support regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Manage revenue cycle billings: verify registrations and charges, post payments, research/resubmit unpaid claims, resolve denials and underpayments, submit appeals, meet productivity goals, and respond to patient billing inquiries using EHR and RCM tools.

Enroll patients in public and discount health programs by registering, verifying eligibility, completing applications, managing redeterminations, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with Patient Accounts, and maintaining confidentiality and program knowledge. Provide customer service, meet audit accuracy targets, and assist across clinics as needed.

Perform patient registration and financial screenings to determine eligibility for Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare Savings and other assistance programs. Complete electronic/manual enrollment applications, case management, redeterminations, and discrepancy resolution. Maintain confidentiality, collaborate with Patient Accounts, meet audit accuracy targets, and provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service. Travel to other clinics as needed and maintain required certifications.

Register and interview patients, verify eligibility for public and discounted health programs, complete enrollments and redeterminations, manage casework and account adjustments, maintain confidentiality, meet audit accuracy targets, and provide customer service and program guidance in a bilingual English/Spanish clinical setting.

Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations at a community health clinic: supervise pharmacists and technicians, ensure regulatory and 340B compliance, maintain controlled substance and general inventory, oversee hiring/training and performance reviews, support clinical pharmacy services and patient counseling, handle PHI per HIPAA, and manage financial reconciliations and incident reporting.
