Provide customer service, meet audit accuracy targets, and assist across clinics as needed.

Greet and register patients, answer phones, update patient records, collect copays and balances, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, assist medical records and billing liaison, support clinic operations, maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance, and help train new front desk staff.

Perform patient registration and financial screenings to determine eligibility for Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare Savings and other assistance programs. Complete electronic/manual enrollment applications, case management, redeterminations, and discrepancy resolution.
