Own product features from discovery through launch, creating polished workflows and AI-powered experiences. Partner with engineering, leadership, Sales, and Customer Success to define requirements, navigate technical tradeoffs, prototype interactions, and maintain quality through implementation. Own key customer relationships, renewals, retention, and expansion revenue while building Strella’s customer success function. Develop onboarding, QBR, renewal, health-score, and adoption playbooks; establish tracking metrics and dashboards; manage and coach Customer Success staff; and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. The role requires strategic account leadership, process building, commercial ownership, and readiness to scale a team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup.

Generate outbound pipeline and book meetings through email, LinkedIn, calls, and events; maintain CRM data; represent the company at conferences; collaborate cross-functionally to refine GTM, experiment with AI tools, and improve sales playbooks.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain software solutions, take ownership of projects, and enhance existing systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing products effectively.
