Leads Strella’s full-service insights business, overseeing research strategy, client relationships, commercial growth, methodologies, and executive recommendations. Builds and manages a high-performing research team, develops scalable offerings, and combines AI-powered research with human expertise. Partners with founders, sales, product, and marketing leadership to shape company strategy and redefine market research for enterprise clients.

Build and optimize the systems, data flows, automations, and AI workflows powering Strella’s go-to-market engine. Responsibilities include identifying buying signals, automating prospecting and account research, improving customer expansion workflows, running GTM experiments, measuring results, and maintaining integrations across tools such as HubSpot, Clay, and Lemlist.

Lead and coach a BDR team responsible for outbound prospecting, event outreach, warm-signal follow-up, and pipeline generation. Build repeatable sales plays, improve CRM and sequencing workflows, manage performance cadences, and own pipeline metrics. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and founders to refine messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategy while remaining a hands-on player-coach.
