Execute and manage ABM and digital marketing campaigns across Europe to generate qualified pipeline. Plan marketing calendar, run LinkedIn paid and organic campaigns, webinars, email nurture journeys, and lead magnets. Coordinate sales enablement, monitor campaign metrics (MQLs/SQLs/ROI), and optimize processes in collaboration with Commercial, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Build and operate an internal AI-driven developer platform that supplies LLMs with the right code, docs, and context; automate code changes and PR proposals; integrate GitHub, CI/CD, observability and internal systems; evaluate generated code and run feedback loops to ensure secure, reliable, production-ready developer tooling.

Serve as Streem's first German customer operations lead, supporting clients across deployment and daily use, ensuring data quality, resolving issues, advising on best practices, liaising with stakeholders (meter operators, grids), and providing product feedback to drive continuous improvement and adoption.

Lead German customer operations: support clients pre/during/post deployment, ensure data quality, optimize model settings, liaise with stakeholders (meter operators, grids), collect product feedback, and advise clients to maximize solution value.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for a renewable-energy SaaS platform: run customised demos, workshops and POCs; manage trial delivery; respond to RFPs/RFIs; translate customer needs into product feedback; advise clients on commercial best practices and assess product extension requests.

Support lead generation and prospect research across European markets; generate outbound opportunities via email, LinkedIn, and calls; assist conference and account management activities; manage CRM, reporting and proposals; progress self-generated deals with coaching; learn enterprise and transactional sales approaches while sharing market feedback to improve product and commercial strategy.
