The role also involves analyzing usage and feedback, monitoring energy software trends, and building product culture across the organization.

Build and operate an internal AI-driven developer platform that supplies LLMs with the right code, docs, and context; automate code changes and PR proposals; integrate GitHub, CI/CD, observability and internal systems; evaluate generated code and run feedback loops to ensure secure, reliable, production-ready developer tooling.
