Lead product vision and roadmap for behavioral-health SaaS solutions. Translate clinical and customer needs into prioritized backlog and user stories, define success metrics, run customer discovery, collaborate with Engineering/QA/PMO, support releases, manage risks/dependencies, and drive continuous product improvements.

Work directly with behavioral health customers to map billing workflows to the application, test and maintain customer environments, develop documentation and test procedures, create training materials, and deliver user training and support to ensure accurate billing and effective EHR use.

The Regional Sales Director leads business development for Streamline Healthcare Solutions, focusing on selling the SmartCare platform and collaborating with various team members to achieve sales goals.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack .NET web applications (ASP.NET Web Forms, C#) with MS SQL Server. Optimize queries, build reports (SSRS), troubleshoot production issues, reduce technical debt, and follow CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices while collaborating with product, QA, and engineering teams.

Manage and execute marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, events, and operations. Create and edit content, design basic graphics, run HubSpot email and direct marketing campaigns, maintain marketing data and reporting, support 35-40 trade shows annually, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive lead generation and brand consistency.

Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based healthcare reporting and compliance systems. Troubleshoot and optimize code, produce SSRS reports, implement integrations, participate in Agile development via Azure DevOps, perform code reviews and unit testing, and collaborate with product, QA, analysts, and customers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions meeting regulatory requirements.

Works with behavioral healthcare customers to map billing workflows to the company application, conduct needs assessments, test and coordinate environment updates, develop procedures and test plans, and create training materials and deliver user training. Provides customer support, recommends best-practice billing workflows, and ensures application functionality. Role may require travel up to 30% and can be performed remotely.
