Lead and coach a global team of 10–15 Customer Success Managers, own escalations end-to-end, operationalize global CS strategy, keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, stay customer-facing, and implement automation and predictive workflows to scale proactive customer outcomes.

Own and operate the company data platform: build secure, multi-tenant data pipelines and APIs, model and surface data for BI, ensure data quality and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), support vector stores and AI retrieval, and drive platform engineering best practices across the org.

Support the Legal team by exploring and testing AI tools for contracts, compliance, and legal processes; help implement AI-driven workflows; collaborate with product, tech, and commercial teams; contribute to making the legal function more efficient and creative. Internship can be part-time or full-time, remote or from the Stockholm office.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise (US) customers to drive engagement and value. Build executive and day-to-day stakeholder relationships, identify growth synergies, share customer insights cross-functionally, and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design. Report to the Lead Customer Success Manager, US.

Design and maintain scalable backend systems to ingest, process, and serve millions of market-research documents. Build integrations and reliable APIs, create data models that enable AI-driven insights, optimize performance and reliability, establish technical standards, and collaborate with product and design teams to support customer-facing features.

Lead and define pre-sales enablement and Sales Operations for a fast-growing AI SaaS company. Build sales content (decks, discovery frameworks, case studies), optimize the sales tech stack, implement AI-driven sales workflows, measure enablement impact, and manage a small cross-functional team while partnering with Sales leadership to improve seller productivity and pipeline rigor.

Design and maintain Stravito's visual language across web, brand, campaigns, and marketing. Produce assets, build templates and components, collaborate with growth/marketing/sales, support external agencies, and evolve the design system.

Lead discovery and product definition for AI Personas: run customer interviews with enterprise insights teams, frame problems, prioritise features, write specs, work in two-week sprints with engineers and designers, and validate solutions with customers. Use AI-heavy prototyping and contribute to the Decision Tools roadmap.
