Build and scale backend content systems that ingest millions of market research documents, provide reliable APIs, support AI-powered workflows, and enable customer-facing product teams. Responsibilities include enterprise integrations, scalable data models, content processing, performance optimization, cloud-native service operation, and establishing technical standards. The role collaborates cross-functionally with product and design teams in a remote-first environment.

Own engagement, adoption, and value delivery for a portfolio of enterprise B2B customers, primarily in the US. Build executive and day-to-day stakeholder relationships, identify customer growth opportunities and cross-account use-case patterns, share insights internally, and collaborate with Product, Technology, and Design. The role requires enterprise customer success experience, strategic business orientation, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first startup environment.

Own and operate the company data platform: build secure, multi-tenant data pipelines and APIs, model and surface data for BI, ensure data quality and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), support vector stores and AI retrieval, and drive platform engineering best practices across the org.
